foyou.ae is operated by FOYOU Trading FZC LLC, a free-zone company registered in the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2624411138888), 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or refund an order where a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

Experience vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher (typically 12 months from purchase). Bookings are subject to the venue’s availability. Where a swap option is offered, the voucher may be exchanged for another experience of equal value before redemption.

Same-day delivery applies to eligible Dubai orders placed before the stated cut-off; other emirates are delivered on the timeline shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.

Perishable items (flowers, food) may only be returned if faulty. Other physical gifts may be returned unused within 7 days of delivery. Unredeemed experience vouchers may be swapped as described above. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Experiences are provided by third-party venues; Foyou is not the operator of the experience. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
