Your data is controlled by FOYOU Trading FZC LLC (Licence No. 2624411138888), 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

Account details (name, email), order and delivery details (addresses, phone numbers — including a recipient’s, when you send a gift), gift messages, and basic usage data needed to run the site.

To fulfil orders and deliver gifts, send order updates, book experiences with venues, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional offers. We do not sell personal data.

We share only what is needed with delivery partners, experience venues, payment providers and IT service providers (hosting, email). Recipients of gifts see your name and message, never your payment details.

We keep order records as required by UAE tax law and delete or anonymise other data when no longer needed. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at hello@foyou.ae.
